Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager to lead 3rd‑party vendor relationships supporting HR operations. The role guides strategy and day‑to‑day vendor management, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and adherence to contracts across a global organization.

You will collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to optimize outsourced services and drive continuous improvement while aligning with corporate goals and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of vendor management and HR operations experience.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, performance, and contracts.
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance practices.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements; cross-functional influence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service delivery from third-party HR vendors, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Develop, implement, and manage SLAs across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance through data analysis and reporting.
• Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance and risks.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance to manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct audits and evaluations of vendor services for compliance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Support contract lifecycle management including negotiations and changes.
• Ensure adherence to internal Procurement, Finance, QA, and Ethics requirements.
