Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manager, 3rd Party Vendor Relationships to lead strategy and day-to-day management of HR vendor relationships across multiple U.S. locations. Location flexibility includes Raynham, MA, with exposure to other U.S.

sites. You will partner with HR, Procurement, Finance and Legal to optimize vendor performance and drive improvements. The role requires 6–8 years in vendor management or HR operations, with strong analytics, negotiation, and governance skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in vendor management, outsourcing, HR operations, or related field.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, including performance management and contract oversight.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and audit practices related to vendor services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery from third-party HR vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and policies.
• Develop, implement, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance through data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to manage vendor relationships and resolve issues.
• Conduct audits and evaluations of vendor services, including user satisfaction and compliance to policies and standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and service enhancements using vendor spend and performance data.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including negotiations, renewals, and changes to scope or services.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies including Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Ethics & Compliance requirements.
