Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Manager, 3rd Party Vendor Relationships to lead strategy and daily management of external HR vendors across multiple U.S. locations.

You will partner with HR, Procurement, Finance and Compliance to optimize vendor performance, ensure contract compliance and drive continuous improvement in outsourced services. Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, business, supply chain)
• 6–8 years of vendor management, outsourcing, or HR operations experience at manager level
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance
• Experience with contract oversight, renewals, and scope changes
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit familiarity

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party HR vendors and ensure delivery aligned with standards
• Develop and manage SLAs across financial, operational, and quality metrics
• Monitor vendor performance and report on contract obligations
• Lead business reviews with vendors and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Compliance to manage relationships and resolve issues
• Conduct vendor audits and evaluate service quality and compliance
• Identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities using spend and performance data
• Support lifecycle management of contracts including renewals and changes
