The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, ensuring contract compliance, and aligning vendor performance with corporate goals. You will collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to optimize outsourcing arrangements, drive improvements, and enhance the employee experience through

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant vendor management, outsourcing, HR operations, or related field at manager level.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors, including performance management and contract oversight.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance practices.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery from third‑party HR vendors with adherence to standards.
• Develop, implement, and manage SLAs across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance and drive improvements.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to manage vendor relationships.
