Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in health care, seeks a Manager, 3rd Party Vendor Relationships, to lead the strategy and day-to-day management of external HR vendors across multiple US locations including New Jersey. You will ensure service quality, contract adherence, and alignment with corporate goals while partnering with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to optimize vendor performance.

Formación

• Minimum 6-8 years of vendor management, outsourcing, HR operations, or related field.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, including performance management and contract oversight.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance practices.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee service delivery from third-party HR vendors, ensuring alignment with policies.
• Develop, implement, and manage SLAs across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance through data analysis and reporting.
• Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance and risks.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to manage vendor relationships.
