Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, 3rd Party Vendor Relationships, to lead strategy and day-to-day management of external partnerships supporting HR operations. You will collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to optimize vendor performance, ensure contractual compliance, and enhance the employee experience across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business Admin, Supply Chain or related field).
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery from third-party HR vendors and ensure alignment with standards and policies.
• Develop, implement, and manage SLAs across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance through data analysis, reporting, and KPIs to meet contractual obligations.
• Lead regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to manage vendor relationships and resolve issues.
• Conduct audits and evaluations of vendor services, including user satisfaction and policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and service enhancements using vendor spend and performance data.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including negotiations, renewals, and scope changes.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies across Procurement, Finance, QA, and Ethics & Compliance.
