Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, 3rd Party Vendor Relationships, to lead HR vendor strategy and daily operations. You will collaborate across HR, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to optimize outsourced services and ensure high-quality vendor performance.

Based in Raynham, MA, you will shape vendor strategy, drive improvements, and influence business outcomes while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field).
• Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant experience in vendor management, outsourcing, HR operations, or related field (manager-level).

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party HR vendors and ensure service delivery aligns with standards.
• Develop, implement, and manage SLAs across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement through data analysis.
• Lead business reviews with vendors to assess performance and risks.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to manage relationships.
• Conduct audits and evaluate vendor services for compliance and satisfaction.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements from vendor data.
• Support contract lifecycle management including renewals and scope changes.
