You will shape innovative HR strategies aligned with business performance, transform HR operations, and manage risk in a complex environment, while driving high-quality service delivery and client engagement.

You will lead managers, analyze functions, and drive sales opportunities, budgets, and resource planning across engagements, with regular travel to client sites or EY offices in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading and guiding teams to success.
• Previous client-facing consulting experience.
