Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Consultant, Assistant Director, to lead HR programs and advisory services for a defined US population. You will partner with leaders to implement performance, compensation, and career development initiatives while driving data-driven HR decisions.

You will analyze headcount and budgets, guide talent strategy, and help shape programs that enhance employee growth and experience in a fast-moving, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven+ years of HR or talent experience.
• SHRM certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in professional services or complex matrix organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined USLI FSO population.
• Execute innovative HR programs aligned to the Talent strategy.
• Advise business leaders on people-related matters and headcount data.
• Gather and analyze data on headcount, budgets and compensation to identify trends.
