Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Consultant, Assistant Director, to partner with professionals across the USLI FSO practice. You will shape HR programs, lead performance management, compensation, and career development, and provide thoughtful counsel on people-related matters.

You’ll analyze headcount and budget data to identify trends, influence leaders on program adoption, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment while fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Seven+ years of HR or Talent-related experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• SHRM certification (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the USLI FSO practice.
• Execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy in partnership with the Talent team.
• Implement key processes such as performance management, compensation, and career development.
• Analyze data related to headcount, budgets, and compensation to identify trends and insights.
