EY is seeking a Talent Consultant, Assistant Director, to partner with leadership and deliver people-focused HR services. You will shape development of future leaders, influence Talent programs, and drive continuous improvement across a diverse, high-performing team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven or more years of relevant HR or Talent-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population in the USLI FSO practice.
• Execute HR programs aligned to Talent strategy, including performance management, compensation, and career development.
• Advise business leaders on people-related matters and analyze headcount, budgets, and compensation to identify trends.
