Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Manager, HR Systems & Analytics to lead the global HR technology program. You will oversee Workday and related tools, drive data governance, and partner with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver reliable reporting and analytics across the firm.

This role emphasizes strategic delivery, compliance, and a strong employee experience in a global, professional services environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field and 5+ years in HR systems, HRIS, analytics or HR technology roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Hands-on experience administering and supporting Workday in a global organization.
Strong understanding of HR operations, data governance, reporting, integrations, and HR technology best practices.
Experience partnering with IT on enterprise applications, integrations, and security.
Experience in a professional services environment, preferably law firms.
Workday certifications or advanced Workday knowledge preferred.
Experience with Power BI, Prism Analytics, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

HR Systems Leadership and Administration: Manage day-to-day Workday ops, oversee HR tech, integrations, releases, and governance.
Analytics, Reporting and Data Governance: Lead HR reporting, dashboards, and data quality for strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership and Service Delivery: Mentor analysts, set service standards, drive process improvements.
