Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to translate HR business needs into scalable technology solutions within a healthcare environment. You will partner with HR, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to design end-to-end HR tech architectures, with a strong emphasis on Workday capabilities and integrations.

The role focuses on guiding solution design, ensuring scalable, compliant architecture, and delivering value across the employee lifecycle while aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Strong Workday experience required.
• Experience architecting HR technology solutions across end-to-end HR processes.
• Experience delivering HR technology solutions in a healthcare organization or similarly complex environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes and architect solutions.
• Guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions and architecture standards.
• Ensure scalable, sustainable HR technology deployments aligned with enterprise architecture.
