Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to serve as a strategic partner, translating HR business needs into scalable technology solutions. Deep Workday knowledge and broad HR tech ecosystem experience are essential.

The role partners with HR, IT and enterprise stakeholders to architect end-to-end HR solutions, guide integrations and establish architecture standards across the employee lifecycle. Healthcare experience is highly valued.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering technology solutions across end-to-end HR business processes.
• Strong Workday experience with understanding of data, security, integrations, and related systems.
• Experience operating in a techno-functional capacity translating HR challenges into scalable technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and stakeholders to evaluate business processes and architect solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• Guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions and architecture standards.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Deliver HR technology architecture in a healthcare environment or similarly complex setting.
