Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to partner across HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders to translate HR business needs into scalable technology solutions, focusing on Workday and the broader HR tech ecosystem.

You will guide solution design, integrations, architecture standards, and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise goals, covering Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Workday certifications or relevant architecture/technology certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering HR technology solutions across end-to-end HR business processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and other enterprise stakeholders to evaluate HR processes and architect solutions.
• Guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions and architecture standards.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned with enterprise architecture.
