You will partner with HR, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to architect solutions across the employee lifecycle, with strong Workday expertise guiding integrations, data and security within a healthcare setting.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ without a degree), and Workday certifications are preferred to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Strong Workday experience with understanding of integrations, security and data.
• Experience architecting HR technology solutions across end-to-end processes.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Workday certifications preferred.
