Job summary

Sentara Health seeks an HR Technology Architect to bridge HR business needs with scalable tech solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with HR, HR Technology, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes, architect solutions, and guide design and integrations within Workday and the broader HR tech ecosystem.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/HR/BA or related fields and Workday certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, HR, BA or related field preferred.
• Workday certifications or relevant architecture certifications preferred.
• Strong Workday experience and understanding of Workday ecosystem and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic techno-functional partner translating HR needs into scalable technology solutions across end-to-end HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes and architect solutions.
• Guide solution design, integrations, and architecture standards ensuring scalable, sustainable outcomes.
