Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA, seeks an HR Technology Architect to translate HR business needs into scalable technology solutions, with strong Workday expertise.

You will partner with HR, HR Technology, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to design architectures, integrations, and standards across the employee lifecycle.

Experience in healthcare is valued. Base pay ranges from $153,670.40 to $228,009.60 annually, with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years without a degree.
• Experience architecting end-to-end HR processes (Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time/Absence, Talent/Performance).
• Strong Workday experience; understand Workday capabilities, integrations, data and security within HR tech ecosystem.
• Techno-functional capacity translating HR challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Healthcare HR technology experience is preferred.
