Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise systems.
• Experience with HR processes, organizational structures, and compensation/benefits.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and support HR system integrations and data interfaces.
• Design and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Administer role-based security and access controls; support SOX and data privacy initiatives.
• Provide system testing, documentation, and end-user training for reporting and integrations.
