Job summary

Team Housing Solutions is seeking an HR Operations & Technology Specialist to support HRIS administration, employee lifecycle processing, data management, benefits and leave administration, compliance, and process improvement. This role requires partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, managers, employees, and external vendors to deliver efficient and consistent employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS; Paycom experience strongly preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or HR tech certification preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive HR experience; HRIS/Data Entry/Integration experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; Paycom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for the organization's HRIS and HR technology platforms.
• Maintain employee records, structures, workflows, security roles, and system configurations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
• Process and audit hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and payroll-related changes.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve workflows.
• Assist with HRIS enhancements, integrations, testing, and upgrades.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports and support data analysis.
• Conduct HR data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Support managers and employees with HR technology questions.
