Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a People Technology Analyst in Indianapolis to manage Workday HCM modules, perform configurations, and support reporting and data integrity. You will partner with HR and IT to implement improvements and ensure system readiness.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HRIS experience, solid Workday knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Some travel may be required, and the role focuses on delivering end-user value and process standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years of related HRIS experience or equivalent
• Experience in Workday HCM, Security, Business Processes, Configuration, and Integrations preferred
• Knowledge of HR processes and terminology to deliver on business objectives

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Time, Learning)
• Execute configuration rules, security assignments, and data loads
• Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and perform reporting and data extractions
