Job summary

Lanco Group of Companies seeks an HRIS Analyst to act as the technical expert for its HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance across the organization. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT to optimize configurations, integrations, and reporting.

With 3–5 years of HRIS experience and familiarity with UKG, Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms, you will drive improvements, deliver user training, and produce HR analytics to support

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HRIS experience with system administration and support.
• Experience configuring HR technology solutions, including workflows and security.
• Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support HRIS modules, workflows, and security roles.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate vendor support.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure data integrity.
• Develop HR reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and UAT.
• Provide training and user guides for HR users.
