Job summary

The Superior Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst in Columbus, Ohio to support and administer our HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient reporting. You will manage data workflows, collaborate with HR and IT, and drive system improvements to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data governance, and training users on HRIS capabilities, with a focus on onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience supporting HR systems or HRIS administration in ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the HRIS ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Serve as primary contact for HRIS troubleshooting, updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (hires, terminations, changes, transfers, leaves).
• Review and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting.
• Configure HRIS functionality across onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
