Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday analyst experience.
• Experience configuring Workday modules and business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently.
• Strong experience working within Workday HCM modules.
• Experience managing ticket queues (Jira or similar).
• Experience supporting system enhancements and backlog updates.
• Familiarity with HR processes and terminology.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday portfolio of system enhancements and projects.
• Configure and maintain Workday modules, primarily within HCM.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot Workday issues.
• Assist with HR processes, security, and integrations as needed.
• Support operational initiatives such as store flips and location updates.
