Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR or relevant field plus 2 years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices is preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and oversight to recruitment and salary administration for the Transportation division.
• Consult on recruitment of IT roles and publish vacancy announcements.
• Review candidate experience and skills to prepare salary recommendations.
• Enter data, generate reports, and initiate actions accurately and timely.
