Job summary

The position performs full-cycle recruiting, maintains data integrity across HR systems, and participates in system implementations and process redesign within a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, typically in Human Resources or relevant field and 1 year of experience required; or 2 years of progressive HR experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.
• Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment best practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Provide HR technology guidance, including ATS/HRIS workflows and reporting.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
• Develop talent pipelines for recurring roles using sourcing tools and networks.
