You will lead Workday, Extend, and AI initiatives, define roadmaps, improve employee experience, and ensure secure, compliant solutions across HR processes. This role requires strong business-technology leadership and a track record of delivering scalable HR tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience or Master’s degree with 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology capability, defining strategy, governance, roadmaps, and platform evolution.
• Serve as IT business partner to HR, translating priorities into scalable tech solutions.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver aligned technology solutions.
• Drive end-to-end HR processes optimization and technology enablement.
• Lead evaluations with Security and Sourcing to enable HR technology.
• Advise HR and IT leadership on emerging technologies and AI in HR.
• Advise on Workday Extend to design and deploy scalable HR applications.
• Provide leadership across architecture, integrations, security, and data governance.
• Oversee configuration, development, testing, and deployment of HR tech.
• Drive adoption of AI and Generative AI within HR for automation and insights.
