Job summary

Applied Materials is seeking an senior leader in HR Technology to drive a scalable, global HR tech ecosystem and strategic roadmap. You will partner with Employee Experience leads, HRBPs, and IT to deliver high-impact HR technology solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in HR technology, deep Workday experience, and a proven track record of leading global HR programs, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-12+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, with leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of global HR systems, processes, and data governance.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to development of global programs and processes.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR technology projects including requirements, validation, UAT and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continual design and implementation of a scalable, global HR technology ecosystem.
• Provide strategic input into the HR technology roadmap with Employee Experience leads and stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of HRIS analysts and HR technology professionals.
• Drive process improvements for scalability, automation, and continuous improvement across HR.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.
