Incyte Corporation seeks a Sr. Manager, HR Technology to own Workday Core HCM as the primary system of record. You will lead implementation, optimization, governance, and data integrity across HR processes, partnering with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and vendors to maximize value.

The role requires leading the Workday Community of Practice, ensuring secure access, quality data, and scalable HR technology solutions for a global organization.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in HR or IT supporting a global HR system of record/ERP.
• Four+ years supporting Workday in HR.
• Experience configuring Workday Core HCM; security, reporting, data loads, tenant admin.
• Ability to translate HR/business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Experience in Workday implementation, optimization, testing, release management, or post-production support.
• Ability to partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Core HCM as the primary functional owner and steward.
• Lead Workday implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption with vendors and stakeholders.
• Oversee governance, releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain Workday security framework and data governance, ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Develop Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics; support integrations.
