PagerDuty is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to drive the design, configuration, implementation, and administration of our Workday ecosystem, including AI capabilities. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, test new features, and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on Workday expertise, collaboration, and governance of AI-enabled HR processes, with focus on timely delivery and organizational impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience required or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, and Security.
• Experience applying AI capabilities in HRIS projects.
• Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and administer the Workday ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and improve processes.
• Review, test, and deploy Workday feature releases including AI features.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across systems.
