Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, or HR Transformation.
• 4+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering tech solutions in Agile.
• 4+ years configuring HR platforms including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Case Management.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to design solutions and drive adoption.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits initiatives with vendors.
• 2+ years leading UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
• 2+ years strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HR Technology experience strategy across personas and HR journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, process analysis, and solution design for HR Tech initiatives.
• Identify gaps and friction points; recommend tech solutions for better self-service.
• Design integrated solutions using Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, automation.
• Develop future-state operating models, processes, roadmaps, and buy vs build recommendations.
• Participate in vendor assessments and technology selections; support implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, HR, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting to measure outcomes and colleague satisfaction.
