CVS Health is seeking an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. This role drives strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences for candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation roles.
• 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions in Agile environments.
• 4+ years of experience configuring HR platforms (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Case Management) and integrating with downstream systems.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to design solutions and drive adoption.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and vendors.
• 2+ years leading UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
• 2+ years of strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• 2+ years presenting findings to senior leaders and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across multiple personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for strategic HR Technology initiatives.
• Identify experience gaps and inefficiencies, recommending tech solutions that improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, and automation.
• Develop future-state operating models, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate platform-native capabilities and provide build vs buy recommendations.
• Participate in vendor assessments and technology selection efforts.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Assess opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve colleague experiences and reduce support demand.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and investment proposals.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting frameworks for business outcomes.
• Support organizational change management, training, and adoption activities for HR tech deployments.
• Lead documentation and training efforts for system/product adoption.
• Drive user adoption enterprise-wide of new HR technology functionality.
• Lead system testing and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Deliver findings to senior management and drive organizational change.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
