Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to shape employee-facing HR experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital HR experiences for candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate blends HR technology expertise with solution design, AI-enabled self-service, and vendor evaluation to deliver seamless experiences across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and mobility platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, BI, or HR Transformation.
• 4+ years gathering requirements and delivering technology solutions in an Agile environment.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• Experience with Workday HR modules and HR systems integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across multiple personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for strategic HR Tech initiatives.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies, recommending tech solutions to improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and automation.
• Develop operating models, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and provide build vs buy recommendations.
