CVS Health is seeking an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR tech experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences for candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate combines HR tech expertise with solution design, digital transformation, and AI capabilities across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile platforms, and automation.

Qualifications

Experience leading HR technology strategy and delivery initiatives.
Experience gathering requirements and designing HR tech solutions.
Familiarity with Workday, HRSD, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Define HR technology experience strategy across personas and service journeys.
Lead discovery, requirements, and solution design for HR tech initiatives.
Assess opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve adoption.
Partner with Product, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver solutions.
Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and adoption metrics.
Lead UAT, testing, and change management activities.
