CVS Health is seeking an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization for candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Digital Product roles.
• 4+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and Agile delivery.
• 4+ years configuring HR Technology platforms (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance).
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to design solutions and drive adoption.
• 2+ years leading UAT, defect management, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across HR journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, process analysis, and solution design activities.
• Identify gaps and recommend solutions to improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions using Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and mobile capabilities.
• Develop operating models, flows, and implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors.
• Lead testing activities and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting frameworks for outcomes.
