Job summary

CVS Health seeks an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to shape employee-facing HR experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital HR experiences for candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, or HR Transformation.
• 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions in an Agile environment.
• 4+ years of experience supporting and configuring HR Technology platforms, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Case Management.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and drive adoption.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across multiple personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities for strategic HR Technology initiatives.
• Identify experience gaps, process inefficiencies, and friction points across employee interactions and recommend technology solutions that improve adoption and self-service.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable, modern HR solutions.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and investment proposals.
• Define adoption metrics, experience KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure business outcomes and colleague satisfaction.
