Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR tech experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences for candidates, hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate combines HR technology expertise with solution design, AI-enabled self-service, and vendor evaluation to create seamless experiences across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field is required.
• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Transformation.
• 4+ years in Agile environment and requirements gathering.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• Experience partnering with HR stakeholders to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HR Technology experience strategy across HR journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design for initiatives.
• Identify gaps and recommend tech solutions to improve self-service.
• Design integrated solutions with Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and AI.
• Develop roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate build vs buy options aligned with business goals.
• Lead vendor assessments and technology selections.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors.
• Develop business cases, executive proposals, and adoption metrics.
• Define KPIs and reporting to measure outcomes and satisfaction.
• Support change management, training, and adoption activities.
