CVS Health seeks an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR tech experiences enterprise-wide. You’ll shape strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization spanning candidates to HR teams.

The role blends HR tech expertise with digital transformation, AI-enabled self-service, and vendor evaluation to deliver seamless experiences using Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, or HR Transformation roles.
• 4+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering tech solutions in Agile.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• Experience with HR platforms integration and downstream systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional HR/IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define HR Technology experience strategy across HR journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and solution design for initiatives.
• Identify gaps and recommend self-service tech solutions.
• Design integrated solutions across Workday, HRSD, mobile, automation.
• Develop roadmaps, operating models, and ROI cases.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors.
• Lead vendor assessments, PoCs, and technology selection.
• Drive adoption metrics and change management activities.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
