CVS Health is hiring an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR technology across the enterprise. You will define strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences serving candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation roles.
• 4+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis and delivering tech solutions in Agile environments.
• 4+ years configuring HR tech platforms including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Case Management.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for strategic HR Tech initiatives.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and mobile capabilities.
