Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic and technically minded HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to shape employee‑facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. The role drives strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital HR experiences for candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation roles.
• 4+ years gathering business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions in an Agile environment.
• 4+ years supporting and configuring HR Technology platforms, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Case Management.

Responsibilities

• Define HR technology strategy across personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for strategic HR Technology initiatives.
• Identify experience gaps and recommend technology solutions that improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging Workday, Workbrain, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, and automation.
• Develop future-state operating models, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate platform-native capabilities and provide build vs. buy recommendations.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Assess opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and conversational experiences to improve colleague experiences.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and investment proposals.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting frameworks to measure outcomes and satisfaction.
• Lead change management, communication, and adoption activities for major HR technology implementations.
• Lead testing efforts and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
