Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences supporting candidates, hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate blends HR technology expertise with experience in AI-enabled self-service, vendor evaluation, and solution design across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology or related roles.
• 4+ years gathering business requirements and delivering technology solutions in Agile.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to identify needs and drive adoption.
• 2+ years leading UAT, defect management and solution validation.
• 2+ years strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across multiple personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for strategic HR technology initiatives.
• Identify experience gaps and inefficiencies; recommend tech solutions to improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, automation, AI.
• Develop operating models, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead vendor assessments, proof-of-concepts, and technology selection efforts.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
