Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking an HR Technology Manager to lead the HR Technology function, overseeing HR systems, analytics, and projects while managing a team of analysts. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure secure, scalable systems that support organizational goals.

In this role, you will drive system enhancements, reporting and change management, lead adoption of technology, and collaborate across HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information services, Human Resource Administration (with an IS minor), or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of people management experience.
• Advanced Workday configuration, security, reporting, and tenant management skills.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Proven business analysis, problem-solving, project management and critical thinking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects, timelines and resources assigned to the HR systems team and third-party consultants; own end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT leadership to align technology with business strategy.
• Lead and mentor the HRIS Analysts, prioritizing work streams and projects to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and data integrity.
• Oversee configuration, design, and deployment of HR systems and drive solution design and decision-making.
