Job summary
Highmark Health in the United States seeks an experienced HR Technology Professional to support HR and Payroll systems, partner with stakeholders, document requirements, configure, test, and deploy solutions. You will provide production support and drive process improvements across HR modules.
You will collaborate with Enterprise Process Owners, manage upgrades, and ensure changes meet customer needs within cycle updates. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field per job listing.
- 5 years' experience designing HR IT solutions.
- 2 years in at least one system: Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or LMS.
- 3 years in HR business process and 3 years in business analysis.
- PHR/SPHR Workday certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Application Maintenance and Support: gather business requirements and map to system capabilities; perform configuration changes and regression testing; provide production support.
- Lead implementation and maintenance activities for assigned application areas.
- Coordinate upgrades and maintenance; communicate deployment plans and ensure business requirements are met.
- Define capabilities to deliver customer strategy; maintain system configuration and reporting.
- Drive process design activities and translate business process design into functional requirements.
- Develop and deliver operational metrics for operating performance.
