Job summary

Highmark Health seeks an HR Technology professional to support HR and Payroll systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and deploy enhancements across the enterprise. You will analyze system and process issues, gather requirements, and configure solutions with IT partners.

You'll conduct user sessions to capture voice of customer, develop tests, and deploy features within update cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• 6 years' of equivalent experience.
• Preferred Master's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field

Responsibilities

• Application Maintenance and Support: Maintain knowledge of future application features and map requirements to system capabilities.
• Define capabilities required to deliver on the customer’s strategy and ensure requirements are defined and agreed with the SME team.
• Coordinate planning and deployment of system upgrades and maintenance, including scheduling and communication of deployment plans.
