Responsibilities

• Application Maintenance and Support: Gather business requirements and map to system capabilities; perform configuration changes and regression testing.
• Define capabilities required to deliver the customer’s strategy; ensure requirements are defined, reviewed, and agreed with the customer SME team; communicate progress.
• Coordinate planning and deployment of system upgrades and maintenance; assess services and identify areas for improvement; drive process design activities.
