Job summary
Highmark Health seeks an experienced HR/Payroll systems specialist to analyze, configure business processes, and deploy features within update cycles. You will partner with HR Technology Management and Enterprise Process Owners to translate requirements into effective system solutions.
The role requires strong HR systems experience, testing, and project delivery across Talent, Payroll, and Time & Attendance, with the ability to drive changes that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum5 years' experience designing, building HR solutions using IT.
- 2 years' experience in Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or LMS
- 3 years' experience in HR business processes and business analysis
- 3 years' experience configuring HR, Payroll, Salesforce or LMS
Responsibilities
- Application maintenance and configuration changes per procedures.
- Develop and execute regression test scripts and provide production support.
- Lead deployment of changes and coordinate upgrades and maintenance.
- Define capabilities to deliver the customer strategy and align with SME teams.
- Manage project plans and change control for HR system initiatives.
