Highmark Health is seeking a knowledgeable HR/Payroll systems professional to support HR Technology Management and enterprise processes. You will analyze issues, gather requirements, and configure solutions across HR domains while engaging with stakeholders to improve user experiences.

The role emphasizes testing, deployment of new features, and ongoing support across multiple HR platforms, including Workday, Kronos, Salesforce, and LMS. Office-based position with growth opportunities.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years designing HR solutions using information technology.
2+ years in at least one of Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or LMS.
3+ years of functional HR business process experience.
3+ years in business analysis and requirements definition.
3+ years configuring and supporting HR, Payroll, Salesforce or LMS.

Mansioni

Application maintenance and support for future features; map requirements to system capabilities.
Define capabilities to deliver customer strategy; ensure requirements are aligned with SME.
Coordinate upgrades and maintenance; manage deployment plans and regression testing.
Lead project activities with teams and third parties; ensure proper change control.
