Qualifications

• Professional HR or talent acquisition experience in a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm
• Deep domain knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• HR certification is highly preferred
• Analytical thinking to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks with clear feedback
• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail when reviewing policy or compliance data
• PayPal account to receive payment from clients

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI Outputs: review and grade AI-generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation
• Scenario Creation: develop realistic HR workflow scenarios such as performance management cycles and benefits enrollment
• Data Validation: annotate and label data across use cases like offer letters, leave administration, and workforce analytics
• Compliance Auditing: provide structured feedback on accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS and labor laws
• Framework Collaboration: work with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications
