Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR and Talent Professionals to join its Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models using real HR expertise. After a quick 10–15 minute test, successful candidates are invited to join Prolific as a participant and get paid to complete AI tasks, often at up to $50 per hour.

You’ll evaluate AI outputs, design HR workflow scenarios, validate data, and audit for compliance, with payments via PayPal and the option to work from home.

Qualifications

• Must have professional HR or talent acquisition experience in a mid-large enterprise, agency, or consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of TA, compensation/benefits, employee relations, L&D, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate HR workflows into clear evaluation tasks.
• Excellent written communication with attention to policy or compliance details.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs related to job descriptions and policy interpretation.
• Create realistic HR workflow scenarios like performance cycles and benefits enrollment.
• Annotate and label data across offers, leave, and workforce analytics.
• Provide structured feedback on HRIS systems and labor law compliance.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine HR-focused evaluation frameworks.
