Qualifications

• Professional HR or Talent Acquisition experience in a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Certification in HR is highly preferred.
• Analytical thinking to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail when reviewing sensitive policy data.
• PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and policy interpretation.
• Develop realistic HR workflow scenarios, such as performance management cycles, benefits enrollment, and employee investigations.
• Annotate and label data across HR use cases, including offer letters, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
• Provide structured feedback on AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
